Day one begins with a van transfer from the Orillia area to the Minden area to start our first ride segment. Sites include the Minden Wild Water Preserve where white water paddlers navigate the challenging rapids of Gull River and waterfalls. For our second ride segment, we will do a short transfer north, see Buttermilk Falls, and ride along the shores of Boshkung Lake. We will end the day with a tour and tasting at Boshkung Brewing, and dinner at their fabulous Rhubarb restaurant. We are staying at the lovely, lakeside Bonnie View Inn tonight. There are a couple of hills on today’s ride but we will be there to help you meet the challenge!

Haliburton, West Guilford
Today we head east from Bonnie View on a rolling route to the town of Haliburton, where we will do some site seeing, including the Haliburton Sculpture Forest. We will take a short drive to start our second riding segment along the North Shore Road, through West Guilford, and ending at Abbey Gardens just in time for lunch. Guess what is on the Abbey Gardens property? None other than Haliburton Highlands Brewing, who will host us for a tasting. We may need some downtime at Bonnie View after all that, and then we will find a pub for dinner.

"Wahoo! We just came back from our Pedals, Pints & Pubs Tour and had so much fun… we booked it again for next year. John and Sara - thank you! You took such great care of all of the details for us. Your choices for food and accommodations were spot on. We simply had to ride and have fun. Loved it."
